Manuscript Features

MTM is dated NS 810.

MTM contain various foliations chapter and sub chapter wise but it is the regular part of the puraścaraṇa, which begins with describing the fruitfulness and importance of the upacāra; the process to worship like ṣoḍaśopacāra or pañcopacāra.

The chapter contains the all process of puraścaraṇa such deśa , āsana, pātra, mālā, japa, homa, tarpaṇa and mārjana etc. As a process of the puraścaraṇa here is collective mantrasaṅgraha and pañcatattvaśodhana.

exp. 20-35 of the pāsavapuraścaraṇa contains the different marginal titles subchapter wise are pātra, mālā and pāsava. Foliation 1-10 in the lower left-hand margin of the verso.
